of information collected from other users I have made this decision final. There will be no exceptions to this policy until such
time as I have the ability to properly maintain a forum where those under the age of 13 can interact with others in a positive way.
Some information may not be suitable for those under 13, but a constant effort is given to clean the forums to keep it an environment that
children can use as well as adults. However, there is no guarantee of the suitability of the information contained in the forums when it comes to children,
so we advise parents to keep watch over a child's activities in our forums at all times.
